System Variable 1036: Restrict Purchase Order Activity

Use this System Variable to determine if the list of available Purchase Order activities should be restricted.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, the activities that can be used on Purchase Order lines are limited to the activities that are also on the Price Quotes of the same job. If it is not enabled, WorkBook allows all activities setup in your system to be used on Purchase Order lines.

If an activity appears with a parenthesis around its name, it means that the activity is no longer valid. This could either be because it has been removed from all the Price Quotes of the job or it was selected before this setting was changed.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
