Search for External References

Use the External Reference Setup submodule to search for external references.

To use the External Reference Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for an external reference:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the external reference that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > External Reference Setup.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the external reference.
