Agent Type 75 - Notification: Open Purchase Orders Under Preparation or Awaiting Approval
Use Agent Type 75 - Notification: Open Purchase Orders Under Preparation or Awaiting Approval to send notifications to Project Managers about jobs that have Purchase Orders (POs) that are under preparation or awaiting approval.

Columns
The notification contains the following columns:

| Job Number | The job number of the job that is associated with the PO. |
| Job Name | The name of the job that is associated with the PO. |
| Approval Status | The current status of the PO, where Status-10 is Under Preparation and Status-20 is For Approval. After a PO is approved internally, WorkBook removes it from the notification list. |
| PO No. | The PO number. |
| Currency | The currency used in the PO. |
| Sale | The total sales amount for the PO. |
| Approvers | A list of the PO's approvers.. A green check mark indicates that the approver has approved the PO. |
