Default Ticket Support Job Setup
Use Default Ticket Support Job Setup under Settings to view and match clients to a default support ticket job. You can create support ticket jobs in and then select the Support Ticket Job check box in .
To use the Default Ticket Support job setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
