Default Ticket Support Job Setup
Use Default Ticket Support Job Setup in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to view and match clients to a default support ticket job. You create support ticket jobs in and then select the Support Ticket Job check box in .
To use Default Ticket Support Job Setup in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
