Use this System Variable to specify the email address that WorkBook will use to notify users about new conversation comments.

If you do not provide a value for this System Variable, WorkBook uses the value of System Variable 289: Default Fallback ”From” Email Address. If there is no value defined for System Variable 289, WorkBook uses its default value, which is WorkBook_Agent.

The default value for this System Variable is WorkBook_Agent.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
