Grant Access to the Data of Clients
Use New Employee Access to Clients in the Clients & Resources submodule in the Settings module to grant access to selected clients' data.
To use New Employee Access to Clients in the Clients & Resources submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To grant access to the data of a client:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the client data to which you want to enable access.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Highlight the client to whose data you want to enable access, and select the Grant Access to the Client Data check box.
- To remove access to a client's data, deselect the Grant Access to the Client Data check box.
