Grant Access to the Data of Clients

Use New Employee Access to Clients in the Clients & Resources submodule in the Settings module to grant access to selected clients' data.

To use New Employee Access to Clients in the Clients & Resources submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To grant access to the data of a client:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the client data to which you want to enable access.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Clients & Resources > New Employee Access to Clients.
  4. Highlight the client to whose data you want to enable access, and select the Grant Access to the Client Data check box.
  5. To remove access to a client's data, deselect the Grant Access to the Client Data check box.
