Search for AR/AP VAT Codes

Use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to search for AR/AP VAT codes.

To use VAT Settings in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for an AR/AP VAT code:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the AR/AP VAT code for which you are looking.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > VAT Settings.
4. Click the AR/AP VAT Codes tab, and on the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the AR/AP VAT code.
