Restrict Employees' Absence Details (Company Variable 70)

Use the Company Variables submodule to restrict employees' absence details for a company.

To use Company Variables in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To restrict employees' absence details for a company:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company containing the company variable that you want to modify.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Company Variables.
  4. In the middle pane, click Employee Holiday.
  5. In the right pane, select the Restrict Absence Details check box.
