System Variable 419: Calendar Synchronization Tag or Prefix for Subject Field

Use this System Variable to specify the prefix that is added to the subject of a calendar entry (task) that was imported from WorkBook into an external calendar via calendar synchronization.

For example, if you enter {WB} in this System Variable and you perform a calendar synchronization, all of the external calendar entries that are created from WorkBook appear in the external calendar as {WB} Subject, where Subject refers to the name of the task that was imported from WorkBook.

There is no character number limit for the prefix and special characters are allowed.

The default value for this System Variable is {WB}.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
