Enable or Disable Dimension Details for a Company

Use the Dimension Setup submodule to enable or disable dimension details for a company.

To use Dimension Setup in the Dimensions submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable or disable a dimension detail for a company:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the dimension detail that you want to enable or disable for a specific company.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Dimension Setup.
4. Highlight the dimension with details that you want to enable or disable and on the grid toolbar, click Toggle details .
5. In the subgrid, highlight the detail that you want to enable or disable and select or unselect the check box of the company, as applicable.
6. If you want to enable or disable the dimension detail in multiple companies, click Select all or Deselect all .
