Search for Resources in Assigned Job Teams

Use the Job Settings option under the Jobs List submodule or the Settings submodule to search for resources in assigned job teams.

To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To use Settings, you must have access to Jobs as defined in e User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a resource in an assigned job team:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Highlight the job of the assigned team with the resource that you are looking for.
4. Take one of the following actions:
   • Click Further options and select View job settings.
   • On the grid toolbar, click Job properties sidebar .
   • On the side toolbar, click Settings.
5. On the side toolbar of the right pane, click Job team and use the Find resource field to enter a keyword associated with the resource.
