Delete Job Responsible Records

Use Revenue Forecast Methods in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to delete job responsible records for a selected profit forecast method.

To use Revenue Forecast Methods in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a job responsible record:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the profit forecast method from which you want to delete a job responsible record.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Revenue Forecast Methods.
4. Highlight the profit forecast method from which you want to delete a job responsible record, and in the bottom grid, click the Job Responsibles tab.
5. Highlight the job responsible record that you want to delete and click Delete Record(s) .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the job responsible record immediately.
