System Variable 416: Allow Advanced Users to Create a New Debtor Based on a Clients' Data

Use this System Variable to determine if users should be allowed to create new debtors based on a client resource.

WorkBook makes a distinction between a client and a debtor, however, to issue an invoice to a debtor, it must be linked to a client. Because of this, it is useful to create a debtor based on a client, which an administrator can do in Client Resource Card > Client Settings > Debtor.

This System Variable is enabled by default. When it is enabled, advanced users can also create a debtor based on a client.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
