Search for Pipeline Lost Reasons

Use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to search for pipeline lost reasons.

To use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a new pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the pipeline lost reason for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the pipeline lost reason.
