Pipeline Lost Reasons

Use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to manage your list of reasons for which you lost pipelines. In WorkBook, this helps you to track the reasons that you lost a business opportunity or pipeline, which in turn can help you to find areas for improvement. You can add and delete lost reasons, as needed.

To use Pipeline Lost Reasons in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

You can use pipeline lost reasons in CRM > Pipelines > Pipeline Card > Pipeline Lost Information.
