Display Resources under Preparation Based on Status

Use the Resources under Preparation submodule to display resources under preparation based on status.

To use the Resources under Preparation submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To display resources under preparation based on status:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Follow-up > Resources under Preparation.
3. On the grid toolbar, click 10 - Under preparation or 20 - Awaiting approval , as applicable.
