Hide Low-Priority Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure

Use Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to hide low-priority completed tasks that are awaiting closure.

To use Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide low-priority completed tasks that are awaiting closure:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure.
3. On the grid toolbar, select the Hide Low-Priority check box.
4. To display low-priority completed tasks that are awaiting closure again, deselect the Hide Low-Priority check box.
