Bing Import

Use Bing Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule in the Finance & Administration module to import, approve, and ignore Bing invoices.

To use Bing Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

Bing Import provides the following tabs:

• Under Preparation: Enables you to import Bing invoices and displays the list of invoices that have not been posted.
• Imported: Displays the list of approved invoices.
• Ignored: Displays the list of ignored invoices.
