Agent Type 119 - Pipeline Forecast Snapshot Agent
Use Agent Type 119 - Pipeline Forecast Snapshot Agent to take a snapshot of the current data within the 12-month summary forecast and save it to the database.
The 12-month summary forecast is always based on current information in your WorkBook system, so this agent is the only way to save historical forecasts.
The data is stored across three tables within the database. The tables resemble the tabs within the 12-month summary forecast. They are called:
- PipelineForecastJobDetails
- PipelineForecastPipelineDetails
- PipelineForecastPostingDetails
You can extract the data by setting up a custom databoard or by direct queries to the database (on-premises).
Note: To save disk space, snapshots that are older than 90 days are deleted from the database.

| Take Snapshot as User (Currency+Language) | The information is saved using the display currency of the selected user. If this field is not specified, the Company currency is used. |
| Take Snapshot for Specific Company Only | This is a legacy parameter that has no effect on the agent configuration. |
