Agent Type 79 - Notification: Yesterday's Time Entry on Jobs where You are Responsible

Use Agent Type 79 - Notification: Yesterday's Time Entry on Jobs where You are Responsible to send Project Managers an overview of all of the jobs where time has been entered within a specific period. When you run the agent, WorkBook sends a follow-up notification to the Project Managers' inboxes.

Columns

The notification contains the following columns:

Field	Description
Employee	The employee who made the time entry.
Client	The client for which the job that contains the time entry was created.
Job	The job that contains the time entry.
Task	The task that contains the time entry.
Task Phase	The phase that the task is in.
Date	The date on which the time entry was made.
Entered Hours	The number of hours in the time entry.
Comment	The comment that was entered by the employee who made the time entry.
Task Booking Hours	The number of hours that the employee is booked on the task.
Task Spent Hours	The total number of hours the employee spent on the task.
