System Variable 1101: Fallback to Users Default Activity if Task Activity does not Allow Time Entry

Use this System Variable to determine if the default activity of employees should be used as a fallback.

When this System Variable is enabled, WorkBook uses the employee's default activity as a fallback in the event that the task activity does not allow time entries. If an employee's default activity does not allow time entries, WorkBook uses the first activity that allows time entries.

You can find the employee's default activity in Resources > Resource Information > Settings > Employee Basic Setting.

This System Variable is enabled by default.
