Replace Skills

Use the Skills submodule to replace skills.

To use Skills in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To replace a skill:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to replace a skill.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Skills.
4. Highlight the skill that you want to replace and on the grid toolbar, click Replace .
5. In the Select a skill you want to replace with dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the replacement value for the skill that you want to replace and click OK.
