Create New Export Dialog Box
Use the Create New Export dialog box to export the System Variable and Company Variable settings of a WorkBook system.

| Name | Enter a file name for the export.
The file name can be up to 50 characters, with a minimum of two characters.
Note: This is a required field.

| Comment | Enter details or comments about the export file. Comments are displayed in the receiving WorkBook system.

| Include System Variables (Check Box) | Select this check box to include System Variables in the resulting export file. |
| Include Company Variables (Check Box) | Select this check box to include Company Variables in the resulting export file. |
| Select Companies (Drop-Down List) | Select individual Companies whose settings you want to include in the resulting export file.
WorkBook activates this list when you select the Include Company Variables check box. Note: Inactive Companies are excluded from the list.
