Open Resource Card of Account Managers of Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure

Use Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource card of the Account Managers of completed tasks that are awaiting closure.

To use Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of the Account Manager of a completed task that is awaiting closure:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure.
3. Highlight the completed task that is awaiting closure of the Account Manager whose resource card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Task Responsible field.
   WorkBook opens the Account Manager's resource card.
5. Click Close .
