Search for Required Resource Fields Approver Roles

Use Required Resource Fields Approval in the Company Approvals submodule in the Settings module to search for required resource fields approver roles.

To use Required Resource Fields Approval, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a required resource fields approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the required resource fields approver role for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
  4. Click the Roles tab, and on the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword that is associated with the required resource fields approver role.
