Use Agent Type 80 - Notification: Tasks with Not Fully Booked Capacity Needs to send a follow-up notification to Project Managers when a resource is assigned to a task but has not met their full booking capacity on the task. For example, if a resource is assigned to a task for 10 hours, but is booked for only 4 hours due to lack of capacity, the notification shows that the resource has 6 hours that are not scheduled.

Columns
The notification contains the following columns:

| Job Name | The job the contains the task. |
| Task No. | The task number. |
| Task Name | The name of the task. |
| Deadline | The deadline for the task. |
| Start Date | The date on which the task is scheduled to start. |
| Resource | The resource that requires more hours to be scheduled on the task to be considered fully booked. |
| Required | The required number of booked hours for the resource to be considered fully booked. |
| Time Entry | The number of hours that the resource has entered the resource's time card. |
| Hours Not Scheduled | The total number of hours to be scheduled on the task for the resource to be considered fully booked. |
| Client | The client for which the job was created. |
| Task Responsible | The employee who is responsible for the task as defined on the Basic Settings tab on the task card. |
| Project Manager | The Project Manager who is assigned to the job. |
| Production Manager | The Production Manager who is assigned to the job. |
| Assigned To | The resource to whom the task is assigned. |
| Progress | The progress status of the task as defined on the Basic Settings tab on the task card. |
| Tags | Any tags that are assigned to the task. |
