Search for Mileage Approver Roles

Use the Mileage Approval submodule to search for mileage approver roles.

To use Mileage Entry Approval in the Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a mileage approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the mileage approver role that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Mileage Approval.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the mileage approver role.
