Add an Existing Task to a Sprint

Use the Scrum Board submodule to add an existing task to a sprint.

To use Scrum Board, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a task to a sprint:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Scheduling .
  2. In the left pane of the Scheduling page, click Schedule Overview > Scrum Board.
  3. Click the Scrum Sprint Overview tab.
  4. On the tab toolbar, click Filter
  5. In the Filter dialog box, select the filters that you want to use and click Apply.
    When they are selected or cleared, the filters are applied automatically.
  6. On the tab toolbar, select a sprint from the drop-down list.
  7. In the grid, drag the specific task to the appropriate sprint.
  8. To add multiple tasks, press and hold the CTRL key and select the tasks, then drag them to the appropriate sprint.
