Scrum Board - Procedures
Use the Scrum Board submodule in the Schedule Overview module under Scheduling to view and manage the Scrum Board for a selected scrum sprint.
To use Scrum Board, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

If you are an Admin, you can grant Basic Users access to Scrum Board so they can manage the tasks (such as assign tasks to themselves) in the Backlog column.
