Enable Residual Cost Codes for Administrator Accounts Only

Use Residual Cost Codes in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to enable residual cost codes for administrator accounts only.

To use Residual Cost Codes in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable a residual cost code for administrator accounts only:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Ccompany in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the residual cost code that you want to enable for administrator accounts only.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Residual Cost Codes.
4. Highlight the residual cost code that you want to enable for administrator accounts only and select the Administrator Only check box.
