Journals

Use Journals in the General Ledger submodule in the Finance & Administration module to create, view, and edit journal entries.

You can filter journals in the List view for a particular financial year, accounting period, or journal type. To view detailed information about a journal, select the journal and go to the Journal Entry tab to see its booking details. You can also go to the Eliminations tab. You can add more journal types in Settings > Jounal Types. WorkBook provides standard options: daily, salaries, and cash receipts; however, you can edit these or add your own.

To use Journals, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
