Open Task Cards of Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure

Use Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the task cards of completed tasks that are awaiting closure.

To use Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the task card of a completed task that is awaiting closure:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Completed Tasks Awaiting Closure.
3. Highlight the completed task that is awaiting closure whose task card you want to open.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Open Horizontal Task Card or Open Task Card Sidebar , whichever you prefer.
5. To close the task card, click Open Horizontal Task Card or Open Task Card Sidebar again.
   Alternatively, click Close Task Card .
