System Variable 133: Request a New Price Quote Title Upon Sending the Price Quote for Approval (Status 20)

Use this System Variable to specify whether a new Price Quote (PQ) title should be requested when the PQ is sent for approval.

When you enable this System Variable, the recipient is asked to provide a new title for the PQ when it is sent for approval, Deltek suggests Order Confirmed as the new PQ title.

Note: This System Variable affects only PQs that are sent for approval within WorkBook. It does not affect PQs that are sent for approval via external means, such as an API.

Enable this System Variable by selecting its checkbox. To disable it, clear the checkbox.

This System Variable is disabled by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
