Add New Comments to Material Entry Conversations

Use the Material Entry Approval submodule to add new comments to material entry conversations.

To use Material Entry Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new comment to a material entry conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Material Entry Approval.
3. Highlight the material entry of the conversation that you want to add a new comment to and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Material Conversation.
4. Enter your comment in the Type a comment or drag files here field and click Publish or Private.
   WorkBook displays the new comment at the bottom of the list of comments.
