Display Time Entry Record Information

Use the Costs submodule to display the time entry record information of time entries of selected jobs.

To use Costs, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display the time entry record information of a time entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. In the left pane, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the time entry record information that you want to display.
  3. In the left pane, click Costs.
  4. Click the Hours tab.
  5. Highlight the time entry whose information you want to display and click .
  6. Click to close the Time Entry Record Information card.
