Export Databoard Views in PNG Format

Use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to export chart type databoard views in PNG format.

To use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To export a databoard view in PNG format:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the databoard view that you want to export in PNG format.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard that has the view that you want to export in PNG format.
  5. Click the View tab and click the databoard view that you want to export in PNG format.
  6. On the tab toolbar, click and select Export as PNG.
    Note: This option is only available for chart view types.
