Use the Domain Verification submodule to create domain verifications and verify domains.
To use the Domain Verification submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To create a domain verification and verify a domain:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to verify a domain.

In the left pane of the Settings screen, click
.

On the grid toolbar, click
Create a domain verification
.

In the Add Domain Verification dialog box, enter the domain name that you want to verify and click
OK.
WorkBook creates a new unconfirmed verification record with a corresponding validation code.

Reach out to your IT department to help you update your DNS configuration with the verification record that you created.
Note: The WorkBook record should be created as a TXT record in the root of your domain with the validation code as the value.

In the Domain Verification submodule, highlight the domain that you want to verify and on the grid toolbar, click
Verify domain
.

In the confirmation dialog box, click
Yes.
WorkBook changes the status of the verification record to
Confirmed.
