System Variable 1043: Do Not Allow to Assign Tickets to Users Who Are Absent

Use this System Variable to specify whether an absent employee can be used in the Assigned to field.

When this System Variable is enabled, WorkBook does not allow an absent employee to be used in the Assigned to field on a ticket. If you select an absent employee in the Assigned to field, WorkBook displays the following System Message: You are not allowed to assign an employee who is absent. (System Variable 1043).

Enable this System Variable by selecting its checkbox. To disable it, clear the checkbox.

This System Variable is disabled by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
