System Variable 830: Set Default Status for Reopened Tickets

Use this System Variable to specify the status that will be assigned to reopened tickets.

You can customize the possible values of this System Variable; they also depend on what statuses have been created in your WorkBook system. To customize the values of this System Variable, go to Settings > Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.

This System Variable is blank by default.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
