Ignore Google Import Records with Zero Cost

Use Google Adwords Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule under Finance & Administration to ignore Google import records that have zero cost.

To use Google Adwords Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To ignore a Google import record with zero cost:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the Google import records that have zero cost that you want to ignore.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Export, Import, & Maintenance > Google Adwords Import.
  4. Click the Under Preparation tab.
  5. On the grid toolbar, click and select Ignore Records with 0 Cost.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
    WorkBook moves all import records that have zero cost to the Google Ignored tab.
