Search for Capacity Profile Exceptions using Effectivity Dates

Use Exception Capacity Profiles in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to search for capacity profile exceptions using effectivity dates.

To use Exception Capacity Profiles in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a capacity profile exception using effectivity dates:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the capacity profile exception for which you are looking.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click on the date fields and select the effectivity dates that are associated with the capacity profile exception.
