Change Task View of Assigned Tasks

Use Tasks in the To-Do submodule in the Tasks module to change the task view of your assigned tasks.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To change the task view of your assigned tasks:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click To-Do > Tasks.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click any of following tabs, as applicable:
    • Grid View: Displays all of your assigned tasks in a grid according to job.
    • List View: Displays your assigned tasks in a list according to progress status.
    • Kanban View: Displays your assigned tasks in columns according to progress status.
    • Week View: Displays your assigned tasks that are booked for the current week.
    • Completed Tasks Grid: Displays the assigned tasks that you have completed.
