Hide Inactive Price Groups

Use the Employee Price Groups submodule to hide inactive price groups.

To use Employee Price Groups in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide inactive price groups:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the inactive price groups that you want to hide.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Employee Price Groups.
4. Click the Groups tab and select the Hide inactive check box.
5. If you want to show all inactive price groups again, unselect the Hide inactive check box.
