Enable Agent Schedules to Run
Use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to enable agent schedules to run.
To use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To enable an agent schedule to run:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the agent schedule that you want to run.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Highlight the agent that has the schedule that you want to run.
- In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
- Highlight the schedule that you want to run, and select the Running check box.
