Search for Files in Job Document Folders

Use the Docs submodule to search for files in document folders of selected jobs.

To use Docs, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a file in a job document folder:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. In the left pane, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the document file that you are looking for.
  3. On the side toolbar, click Docs.
  4. In the left pane, highlight the folder with the document file that you are looking for.
  5. Use the Search files field to enter a keyword associated with the document file.
