System Variable 1065: Move Hours Only Allowed for Entries That Have Been Posted in the Finance

Use this System Variable to determine if moving hours should only be allowed for entries that are already financially posted.

This System Variable is disabled by default. When it is enabled, WorkBook blocks users from moving hours between jobs for any entries that are not yet financially posted.
