Enable Active Status of Databoards

Use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to enable the active status of selected databoards.

To use Databoards in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a databoard:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the databoard for which you want to enable the active status.
3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard for which you want to enable the active status.
5. Click the Settings tab and select the Active check box.
