Allow Cost Entries for Jobs
Use the Job Settings option under the Jobs List submodule or the Settings submodule to allow cost entries for selected jobs.
To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To use Settings, you must have access to Jobs as defined in e User Access Rights under Settings.
To allow cost entries for a job:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.
- On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
- Highlight the job that you want to allow cost entries for.

Take one of the following actions:
- Click
Further options
and select
View job settings.
- On the grid toolbar, click
Job properties sidebar
.
- On the side toolbar, click Settings.
- Click
Further options

On the side toolbar of the right pane, click
Job inter-company settings
and select the
Allow cost entry check box of the applicable vendor company.
