Create Pipeline Activity Categories

Use Pipeline Activity Categories in the CRM Setup submodule in the Settings module to create pipeline activity categories.

To use Pipeline Activity Categories in the CRM Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create a pipeline activity category:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to create a pipeline activity category.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Activity Categories.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add .
  5. To edit the Categories field, double-click on it.
