System Variable 1105: Default Job for Pipeline Time Entry

Use this System Variable to specify the job for which tasks are automatically created and time entries made against every time you create a pipeline.

When you specify a job number for this System Variable, whenever you create a pipeline, WorkBook automatically creates a task on the job that you specified.

• WorkBook automatically sets the pipeline responsible as the task responsible.
• WorkBook automatically adds the task to the pipeline responsible's time sheet.
• If System Variable 1106 is enabled, WorkBook automatically moves any time entries made against the task to the job that the pipeline is converted into.

For this System variable to work, ensure that the status of the job that you will specify is In Progress.

To enable this System Variable, specify the job number in the field.

This setting is disabled by default.
